Revolutionary manufacturing process

Thanks to the revolutionary manufacturing process, Knuffi® warning and protective bumper guards are very flexible, absorb impact forces, and allow for easy installation even on curved objects. Another advantage is the protective film, which protects the guards against color abrasion even under heavy use. The secret lies in the structure of the guard bodies: The polyurethane foam core is wrapped in a PU film that is firmly foamed during production. The counter pressure on the inside ensures the warning mark is maintained over longer periods. For easy assembly, there is a light- and age-resistant high-performance adhesive on the inside. Thus, Knuffi® sets new standards in cost-effectiveness by offering excellent quality and durability.
